Q: Why does the price of the service vary?

Just because trips also vary and they do not share the same characteristics. There are several factors which determine that one trip is easier or more difficult to design, such as the number of travellers, days of stay, number of activities included, transportation needs, type of accommodation, etc. All those factors will make my team and I have to dedicate more or fewer hours. That's why I have decided to fix a price depending on the duration of the trip , because that is the factor which has the highest influence in the number of hours I need to dedicate to the design of a trip.

Q: So, how much do I have to pay?

The total cost of the advisory service varies depending on the number of days of the stay . For an average trip of 4 days of stay, the price is always the same, 199,00€. If your trip is longer than that, you will have to pay 30,00€ per extra day. Let´s see it with an example: Imagine you are travelling to Galicia and your stay will be 6 days. This would be your price: - 20,00€ first video call - 259,00€ the whole design of your trip (that´s 199,00€ for the first 4 days + 30,00€ per extra day) And you must pay for that as follows: - 1st payment: 20,00€ in order to book the appointment for the first video call of the advisory service. It must be paid when doing the booking. This price never varies. -2nd payment: 129,50€ before the presentation of the first draft. This is 50% of the total cost of your customised itinerary. - final payment: 129,50€ before the presentation of the final version of your personalised itinerary. This is the other 50% of the total cost of your design.

2. Let´s talk

That first contact will allow me to get the information I need to start working and to turn your trip into an unforgettable experience.

3. First draft

I will work for some days together with my collaborators in order to create a first draft of your trip. We will have a look at it and adapt it whenever needed. It is your trip, so you must feel it is perfect!

4. Your exclusive itinerary

After those modifications following your feedback, I will create the final itinerary, which will include especial details designed just for you and this trip.

My service as a trip advisor is something quite new for many, so I have prepared a couple of questions which answer most of the questions I am frequently asked. Have a look at them!

Why should I contact you so long in advance? Is it impossible to get a customised trip if I am travelling in a shorter time?

You must bear in mind that my responsibility is to get the best option for each traveller. I do not work with standard packages Instead of that I offer recommendations 100% based on each client.

I need to coordinate with my network of collaborators, and make sure the services I suggest are available for your travelling dates. Some period of the year obligue us to book with plenty of time in advance. That´s why I need to start to work as soon as possible.

Why do you need more than a single video call?

Because, despite being sure you will love all the options I have to offer, I work in order to attain complete satisfaction for each of my clients, and I strongly believe that I can only get that following this system:

1. Fist contact with the client: gathering information
2. Presentation fo the first draft of the trip and feedback from the client.
3. Presentation of the final customised itinerary (including all changes needed after your feedback and including exclusive tips and details just for you)

Do I have to pay anything before I can see the result of your work?

No, of course you don´t.

The first video call, which allows me to get the information I need to start to work, costs just 20,00€ which must be paid when you book the appointment. That’s the only payment you have to issue for me to start to design your trip.

I will work with the information I got from that call, and we will have a second video call in which I will show you a first draft. In that moment you will pay 50% of the total cost of the advisory service. The rest must be paid before sending the final itinerary.

Remember you just need to pay 20,00€ for that first meeting. You will be sent an email with payment instructions.

3. Check your mail inbox

Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email in the email address you have previously indicated (Check your SPAM) Add the appointment to your calendar and … I will see you then!
